In harmony with Qatar's economic guidelines, the World Trade Center-Qatar (WTCQ) has been established in 1994, to develop and to encourage trade and to serve all concerned Qatari Businessmen, establishments and companies that are interested in the possibility to expand their business on the international market. This facility allows your business message to reach over 300 other World Trade Centers Association branches worldwide and up to 2,000 additional member companies of the international business community and 10 million members worldwide. WTCQ can organize Trade missions all over the world to develop trading links between Qatar and the rest of the globe.

International Currencies

The WTCQ receives a lot of information on international conferences. Our members are notified of these through our free bi monthly newsletter, and we are offering assistance with reservations and travel arrangements.

International Exhibitions

We are currently organizing a number of international exhibitions to be held in Qatar during 1999-2000. These exhibitions will show state of the Art Technology in Industry services, Tourism industry, and Information Technology. Such exhibitions benefit our WTCQ members by affording them the opportunityto participate and attend the events without the need to travel, thereby saving them precious time and unnecessary expenses.

Educational Services

Here at WTCQ we can organize specialist-training packages for our WTCQ members and their employees. These training packages can be tailored to each company's specific requirements and will be provided at a very reasonable cost.

WTCQ has library facilities containing Trading/Manufacturing directories from all over the world. We can also supply our members with any commercial information they may require from computer database and other commercial directories.

The WTCQ can provide all your translation requirements at minimal cost to your company.

Hotel Discounts
All over the world WTC members enjoy the benefit of up to 50% + discounts on their accommodation requirements at approved WTCA hotels. We can advise our WTCQ members of discounts available to them through the WTCA, whatever part of the world they may be traveling to.

Travel Club & Discounts
Here at the WTCQ we can negotiate special discounts for our members with some of the major International Airlines in the region. Our members will also benefit from special discounts on their car rental requirements worldwide.

Travel Insurance
We at the WTCQ have been able to negotiate a Free Travel Insurance Package for our members through the Qatar General Insurance and Re-insurance Company our members will be covered for up to US$ 10,000 and membership will also entitle them to special discounts on any other insurance requirements they may need. s.
